Working with the team at FI Real Estate, especially Rob and Matthew, these guys were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Right from the start, the refurbishment work for our rental property, Rob put our my mind at ease with his can-do attitude and responsiveness - anytime an issue came up, he was on it straight away.

The communication from the whole FI Real Estate team was spot on throughout the process.

What I really appreciated was how focused they were on building a solid landlord-tenant relationship. They went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly, which made things easy for us to the point of handover.

At the end of the day, were happy with the end result and the positive impact it's had. The service from Rob and Matthew I'll definitely be using them again in the future and our expansion plans.

Absolutely appalling company. Couldn't run a bath. Rude staff, incompetent, utterly useless and brainless. Honestly, terrible.

We own a house which fronts on to a private road in respect of which FI Real Estate Management are now the managing agent. We are in the process of selling our house and cannot obtain a management pack from them despite chasing for over 4 weeks and having paid circa £470. We have spoken to various people and cannot obtain the pack.

Moving into one of the brand new units at Winnington Business Park has been the catalyst for our growth this year and we’re really pleased with our unit and ongoing support from FIREM. It has been one of the best investments in our business thus far and it’s exciting to see the new business park coming to life with a hub of thriving businesses!
