The software does not work as intended
The software does not work as intended. It spit out characters that were not actual characters. It made inferences about their names (sometimes resulting in the software assuming one character was actually two). It would merge characters. It would not plot properly. The example novel interfered with my manuscript and the software added characters from THAT to my work (for some reason). It's messy. It doesn't play nice with my uploads. It doesn't play nice with copy/paste. The word cloud is nonsensical. It would conflate characters, there roles and their importance to the story. There is no dark mode. Even though I was offered the opportunity to purchase a monthly subscription, I was charged for an entire year. All in all, it was truly terrible software for what I paid and did not do what I expected/what was advertised.
