FWM has certainly been an improvement on my previous broker.

Since Fiduciary Wealth took over from Beacon Hill Consultancy, I have had prompt and efficient service from the Director of FW who was assigned my file. He has been honest and open in all our communiques and his advice has been considerably valuable. He has greatly assisted in getting Friends Provident to follow instructions regarding closure/payout of funds which I held. Although my relationship with FW is short, based on the above I would rate them as exceptional.
I could have done with someone like that 20 years ago when working in Africa as an expat.

Had just started using FWM as COVID19 started, so returns are 'on hold' for now.
However, great customer service!
I feel I am valued as a customer. The team are easy to get hold of and I receive quick replies.

I wish EVERYBODY would be so reliable as Fiduciary Wealth...............

I have only been using Fiduciary Wealth for a relatively short period of time and considering the impact of Coronavirus during this period it is difficult to judge their performance in terms of how my investments are performing. What I can comment is that they have a very good and proactive team and seem very quick to react to market changes when necessary. This gives me some reassurance that they are actively engaged in managing my investments.

With over 40 years as an ex-pat and investor I have seen the good, the bad and, too often, the ugly. Fiduciary sits at the top of The Good. Sound advice and fast communication. Highly recommended

We are not knowledgeable investors and it took us a while to realize that the company to which we had previously entrusted our business was a gang of charlatans content to let us sink or swim as long as they had their hands on our cash. In contrast, advice from Fiduciary has always promptly reflected market conditions and recommendations have been comprehensively explained. We trust them to do their best for us. John.

Since Fiduciary Wealth Management took over the administration of our investments from another consultancy, I have been very impressed with the quality of their communication. This includes the regular updates and valuations, but also the more ad hoc correspondence in connection with changes of address, provision of information to the institutions where our funds are invested, etc. The correspondence with Matt Penfold, Ms Catherine Ross and Ms Alise Lapinska have been very efficient, they have consistently reacted very quickly to my emails and have assisted very quickly whenever needed.
