Super knowledgable and friendly, came and fitted a new oven so quickly. Highly recommend.

When our old washing machine broke down, we researched in Which? for a suitable replacement. Field’s were recommended to us by a neighbour, and we had also seen their advert in a local paper. We phoned them for a quote, and spoke to Clive Field. The price he quoted, which included removing and taking the old machine away and providing and installing the new one was very competitive. Furthermore, he could do the work within a few days, which was excellent (especially as some major companies could not offer a service) in view of the current restrictions caused by the Covid-19 lock down and his staff being furloughed. Clive came three working days after we ordered and paid for the replacement. He maintained correct social separation throughout. He managed the difficult job of removing the old machine from the integrated unit and installed the new one very skilfully and quickly, before taking the old machine away. We were absolutely delighted with the service provided, and will definitely use them again for replacing any other kitchen appliances.

Good advice on the phone re location of new freezer and therefore best type to get. Efficient service with call when the van was 5 mins away. Installed and checked appliance.

I have used Fields several times and every time they have been so helpful, knowledgeable and the service is excellent. I called them on Wednesday to order a tumble dryer as mine had broke the day before. I spoke to Clive he was extremely helpful and said we can get you one delivered tomorrow . When it was delivered The guy was very polite put it in my garage took my old one away and it was lovely to see a smilie face. Can not recommend them enough.

Excellent service in difficult circumstances

Good fast service, delivered and installed on time.

After having 2 repair calls for our hob understandably cancelled by another firm, I turned to Fields. Whilst Fields were unable to repair our hob they advised on, sourced and fitted a new hob. The service was 1st class, all appropriate distancing protocols were observed and I am 100% happy.

Have used Fields a few times always received excellent service from start to finish. Will definitely recommend and will use again.
