Your order should have gone in an envelope for smaller items, we have since talked to our warehouse to be sure they are using the most efficient shipping solution based on the size of the product being shipped. Longer term we are looking into more sustainable shipping materials to reduce waste.
order wanted to charge $99 shipping
I had replacement batteries in my cart. I tried added extra merchandise to get shipping and better discount. When I added the form automatically populated a $99 FedEx shipping charge to my order. Rather than try to get around it, I went on without the added item.

We apologize for the shipping charge issue on our order, we did find a bug in our system that was auto-populating an incorrect fed ex charge under certain circumstances.
