I've organized two conferences using Fienta for registration. My experience has been very positive.
I can at any moment see who has registered, view their payment status, get reports in various formats. Setting up an event is very easy. It is important that there is no setup fee, only a percentage of the fees collected. One can easily set up a number of different fee rates, program discount codes to deal with exceptions etc.

Have been using Fienta for years now, happy to see new tools added!
Great backend usability for organisers, easy to set up events, manage bookings, tickets, customer base. Easy to use ticket verification app, too! Integratable event info for websites - a big advantage for easy website management.
And a reliable payout system!

Fienta.com is a platform thats easy to setup and use from first try. I had never sold tickets before so this was my first experience - fast, smooth, simple. The customer support is excellent. Lots of options how to setup ticket varieties - time based, amount based etc. No problems or complaints from any tickets holders - the purchase experience is also easy and fast.

Quick, easy, user friendly

Easy to work with. Great for hosting events and selling tickets (also for free). Different sub-categories you can use to make discount tickets, promo codes. Communication with ticket buyers is easy and the tickets sent to the customer look clean and are easy to understand. Works really good on both sides, as a creator and as a customer.

It's easy to create events. If you have questions, you can quickly get answers from the support team or via the chatbot.

The best service that I have found for this service. very helpful and the fees are actually ok. very easy to follow interface.

I have used Fienta many many times for large school events. The best thing about this is the very good communication and the personal relationship they build with each customer. The instructions to set up are very easy and clear. In addition, it's very easy to link the data and download all ticket information on an excel sheet. It is so easy without any extra costs apart from the ones that they have clearly stated. I couldn't recommend this more!
