Been 3.5 months now with no product and no response from Figury to my 3 enquires definitely a scam and to be avoided.

I never got my order. Waited a long time, then wrote an e-mail. Still nothing. This company is a scam

Beware they advertise on social media platforms cant believe i fell for it im normally so vigilant, website links no longer exist, never recieved order, claimed my money back through bank. Scammers and thieves.

Ordered a Resident Evil cup, never received it. The shop is gone, and they have not responded to my emails. I will be contacting my back.

Compre 2 figuras de resident evil te envian un correo de tu compra tracking etc....al dia siguiente no funciona ni el tracking ni la tienda que me vendio las figuras.....ya esta reclamado a mi banco.

I bought two Resident Evil figures and received an email with my purchase tracking number, etc. The next day, neither the tracking number nor the store that sold me the figures worked. I have already filed a claim with my bank.

Scam. Website looks amazing and has really cool products. Unfortunately they won’t arrive if you order them. No updates ever occur after ordering, it just goes silent. Email listed on website doesn’t work- bounced back. Email listed with shopify is some weird personal email that looks Chinese- they didn’t reply either.
Got my money back through my bank thankfully.

16/02/26: OMG- bank have contacted me to say these scammers have tried to contest the refund. What the hell?
