Very Versatile
Fiix (Maintenance Assistant) has a lot of features and versatility. As with any large database it takes a while to learn the full breadth of what it can do for you, and it can do a lot. The search features are helpful as it can sometimes be difficult to find entries as you add more and more things to the database. The only real significant negative is that the set up of user group permissions is extremely arduous and frankly more difficult than it needs to be.
Fiix Review
This is a powerful tool that will work well for our needs. I look forward to becoming more familiar with it and learning more about the capabilities.

Fiix CMMS has noticeably improved our operations
Our recently implemented Fiix CMMS program has noticeably improved maintenance operations in a very short period of time. In just the first couple months actual work being performed on machines has increased significantly and service oversights have been nearly eliminated. The user interface is also fairly straight forward and it's pretty easy to use, even for novice computer users.
Bottom line, tracking completed maintenance and insuring important jobs don't get overlooked in a busy production environment program is absolutely critical. It's also a necessity if sustaining an effective maintenance program is to be expected.
Keep up the good work Fiix and thank you for providing the tools we desperately needed to improve our operations.

It is quite easy to manage your maintenance with Fiix. no complains by the time being (i've been Fiix user for about a year now) though I'd like to have custom reports without the extra fees. In my opinion the reports needed are very biased by the user or the responsible for the asset management, with this, I think that the available reports are not enough to satisfy our needs, and I need to work a lot on them to present what I need to

I don't have enough experience dealing with every aspect of the software. however, based on my requirements: it could use some tweaking.

An ok system, does what it says, could do with our IT setting it up for better feedback to us.
Doesn't work most days.
Most days we can't connect, checked our connectivity and was found to be ok. When we do connect it seems to not have the correct information displayed. Lines that are shut down are displayed, lines that are running that we need daily maintenance on aren't displayed. May be upper management toggling off or on wrong equipment, but when we check, everything seems right. Also on a regular basis the mobile app sends me notifications for work orders, but when I log in and check, they don't exist. Also have no way to clear said notifications.
New Experience
My company is new to Fiix and looking forward to improving our PM's, line performance and our storeroom with the CMMS system.

I haven't use the fiix program as much to give a feedback but for the times I have use it it has been good.
general observation
I find the program frustrating with way to many steps issuing and returning equipment and tools. I also find when leaving a page and trying to get the cursor on the small X icons being a dull grey blends into program making it not user friendly.
