On July 2, 2026 at about 2 pm I was in car line to board Jadrolinija, Croatia, to Supetar, Brac. My line started boarding but after a few cars I was stopped along with the cars behind me. The dispatcher went to board dozens of cars that came after us. When I questioned his reasoning, he was arrogant and gave wise guy and gave wise guy response: It's crowded. We were pushed back to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and again, he did not continue loading where he previously stopped.
This is typical type of business to speed up loading their friends.

0 stars! Spring financial the most unprofessional “financial” institution. These employees using alias names and telling potential customers they are approved, checking bank accounts, then ghosting customers. Telling customers they are drafting documents and ghosting . 0 integrity! Not one other major financial institution would have this unprofessional behaviour. Do not ever deal with this company , if it’s too good to be true then it is!!! Do not apply with them ever!!!!! What company uses alias names! Humiliation is the only experience!!

I've been playing online at Grand eagle for well over 15 years. I've never had an issue with them paying out my winnings until today. I won $5000, they sent me an email stating that they had processed my winnings on Monday Oct. 28, 2024. They stated that I should receive my winnings in a few days. Today Tues. Oct 29th, I check my account and notice that they have reversed $4000 of my money. I contact them and I'm told that there's a limit of $1000 with a match bonus. As stated previously, I've been playing on this site for over 15 years! When a match bonus is given, there's a playthrough that must be met. Mines was about $3000, once the playthrough is met, all winnings become the players. If I wasn't allowed to withdraw all my monies, I shouldn't have been allowed to withdraw it! This is a new way they have of stealing customers winnings! Grand Eagle has hit a new low, stealing from customers who win and they don't wish to pay, shame on them! This is NOT a trustworthy site and they have 5 other sites under their umbrella! Players beware definitely not worth the risk to lose your money, knowing they'll find a way to steal it back!!! I'm very disappointed in Grand Eagle casino.
