Weten zeker waar ze het over hebben.

In 2020 hebben wij bij Juwelier Filipucci een Rolex-horloge gekocht ter gelegenheid van de 50e verjaardag van mijn partner. Na vijf jaar bleek bij onderhoud dat het horloge bij Rolex Zwitserland als gestolen geregistreerd staat. Dit is door Rolex schriftelijk bevestigd.

Wij hebben het horloge rechtstreeks bij Filipucci aangeschaft, inclusief alle originele aankoopbewijzen. Wij staan hierin volledig te goeder trouw en hebben geen enkele betrokkenheid bij de herkomst van het horloge.

Desondanks geeft de juwelier aan eerst juridisch advies te willen inwinnen voordat er een oplossing wordt geboden. Wij vinden dit teleurstellend, zeker gezien de ernst van de situatie en het vertrouwen dat men hoort te kunnen hebben in een erkende juwelier.

Wij verwachten dat deze kwestie op korte termijn op correcte wijze wordt opgelost, door levering van een nieuw, origineel Rolex-horloge van gelijke waarde.

Ik stond op het punt om een uurwerk te kopen van 18750. Kon niet stante pede naar Maastricht. Mijn inruilbedrag werd niet gegarandeerd en ik moest een aanbetaling doen die als de verkoop afketste, om welke reden dan ook, niet terugbetaald wordt maar in de winkel besteed dient te worden.
Het kopen van een horloge ( of wat dan ook, voor bijna 20K) dient een feestje te zijn. Hier bijna uitgedraaid op de grootste domper van het jaar. Gelukkig niet tot een aankoop gekomen. Ben bijzonder teleurgesteld in de manier waarop ze proberen zaken te doen.
Klantvriendelijkheid en meedenken zijn hier met de Kliko afgevoerd. Ik loop voortaan op de Maastrichter Brugstraat aan de zuidzijde.en voor uurwerken in Maastricht naar de Stokstraat of naar Wyck. Daar waarderen ze hun cliënteel tenminste… Filipucci is in mijn adresboek Fini. Foetsie…

Lack of authenticity and poor transparency – not recommended

I purchased a Rolex Datejust 41 from this dealer, which was listed on Chrono24 as “Chrono24 Certified” authentic. To my great disappointment, I do not believe the watch was genuine – even after reviewing the photos I took when I received it. An authorized Rolex dealership confirmed that the watch is either fake or has had the crystal replaced with a non-original part.

The dealer was very quick to respond while I was considering the purchase, but as soon as I received the watch and the problem arose, they stopped responding. I had to involve Chrono24 to get any replies from them.

There was no mention in the listing that any components might be non-original. Furthermore, I have since seen the exact same watch listed on Chrono24 again, without any disclosure – highlighting the lack of transparency.

Although I was eventually able to arrange a return and full refund through Chrono24, the process was stressful and time-consuming – not what one expects when purchasing a watch at this price point.

I strongly advise others not to buy from this dealer.

Schandalige juwelier, we hadden via whatsapp een deal gesloten om mijn horloge in te ruilen. Vervolgens een uur later een appje ontvangen dat het horloge is verkocht. Heel klant onvriendelijk en komen afspraken niet na! Manier van communiceren is ook nul 1 ster is nog teveel. Ik ben achteraf blij dat het niks is geworden want als het zo al begint dan is hoogstwaarschijnlijk mij een drama bespaard gebleven. Wees gewaarschuwd!

Recent mijn eerste grote aankoop bij deze winkel gedaan.
Het is staan aan de toonbank, maar de verkoper was wel bijzonder vriendelijk en kundig. Met een fijn gevoel weer naar huis gegaan, bedankt!

Recent hier mijn eerste Omega gekocht. Werd door de jonge medewerkers goed geadviseerd en het horloge is perfect.

Mijn 1e vintage Rolex datejust hier een paar weken geleden gekocht. Op dat moment de enige die ik kon vinden uit 1990 dus zodoende ben ik hier bij Filipucci beland.

Op het doosje stond een prijs van €6850 en op de website €7250

Omdat ik deze Rolex graag wilde hebben deze toch aangeschaft voor de volle prijs, ze wilden verder niet zakken met de prijs.

Vervolgens naar Rolex geweest om hem te laten checken of ik een onderhoudsbeurt nodig had. (Ondanks ze bij Fillipucci zeiden dat het niet nodig was)

Pin van de clip was imitatie en deze had Rolex gratis vervangen als service.

Na het checken van het uurwerk konden ze ook zien dat de rolex gevallen of gestoten was want hij loopt niet meer zoals het moet zijn.

Al met al zal deze een volledige onderhoudsbeurt nodig hebben a €1000/€1500

Ook bleek de horloge gepolijst te zijn door een niet erkende rolex service.

Erg jammer als je lang heb gespaard voor je 1e Rolex! Voor mij dus geen goede ervaring!

6 december een Rolex datejust blue dial van 2021,99,9%new bij filipucci gekocht prijs €9975,mooie horloge.19 januari 2022 ga ik terug naar filipucci omdat ik daar een nieuwe sub date had gezien en geïnteresseerd was om eventueel mijn ongedragen datejust(dus nog steeds 99,9%nieuw)terug integeven en dan die sub te kopen,tot mijn grote verbazing stelde ze me een belachelijke prijs voor om mijn datejust terug te nemen namelijk €8700 en dan ook nog eerst vragen wat ik ervoor betaald had,en bij hun gekocht hee EN wou ook nog een nieuwe kopen bij hun!!!Dit vind ik geen manier van handelen. Als ik akkoord was gegaan met hun voorstel dan zouden ze 3x aan die datejust verdiend hebben + een vierde keer op die sub.En dan voorheen meedelen dat de winstmarge maar klein is HA.Echt jammer dat ik daar gekocht heb,als ik het geweten had.Op de site staat dan begonnen in Italië en daarna in Maastricht een zaak geopend en dat ze 40 jaar ervaring hebben.In wat????

I have nothing but high praise for Filipucci Juweliers.

Their website is easy to navigate and the pictures are clear (and judging from the watch I bought - the pictures are accurate).

Their prices are very fair.

L Filipucci was quick to reply to my emails and very patient with me (I had a lot of questions).

The process of buying the watch was straight forward; one of the best parts was the delivery. The watch arrived, well packaged, the next day! From the Netherlands to the UK!

In summary, I am a very pleased customer and feel assured that should I have any problems - L Filipucci would work with me to resolve them.

I bought a Blanc Pain fifty Fathoms watch with Filipucci Juweliers.

First off, I thought that they were professional and the watch did not have a scratch - I was amazed! but after receiving my watch and the fact that the dial broke off after 2 months, I was very sadened about the way they run their business.

I asked them before buying the watch if the watch was serviced and they said yes! But 2 months after receiving the watch the dial broke off and they told med to send the watch back to them.

What then happened was that they took it to their watchmaker and sent me an email stating that the repair and service would be Euro 700,-. and that the dial feet were broken indicating a strong impact?

Their 6 months warranty apparently did not cover this damage.

Whilst in my care no such impact happende and I told L. Filipucci accordingly. (also the guy that owns the shop always writes L. Filipucci in every mail and not his full name - I can not find his full name anywhere? Who does that unless they are hiding something?)

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Filipucci Juweliers and I asked them to send me the watch back. What I have done now is to send it to Blanc Pain's watchmakers in Switzerland who will service and repair the damage. But now I at least know that:

1. The watch is definitely Authentic
(as I was afraid it was fake due to the dial feet breaking off suddenly)

2. The repair has been made Blanc Pain watchmakers and everything is up to standard.

3. The cost is euro 1.400,- for service and repair with Blanc Pain but well worth it.

I found the service of Filipucci Juweliers very bad in general but I must give them that the did not invoice me 2 courier expenses.

Because of this I give them 1 star but do not recommend you to buy from them.

Eerste indruk goed....maar dan kom je thuis met je nieuwe klok waar je laaaaang voor hebt gespaard.
Dan...merk je een si en een la....op en dan...dan begint de cinema...
Geen correcte baas, beetje gangsterig....
Dus mensen wees behoedzaam!!!

Jeg købte et Rolex Datejust igennem Filipucci, og er meget tilfreds. Prisen var fair, men han var ikke til at handle med - prisen var fast. Forsendelse sker med FedEx for EUR 50, men loves så også fremme næste hverdag. Der er hurtig svar ved mailkorrespondance, og jeg føler mig meget tryg ved handlen. Kan kun anbefales!
