Buffering is worse than ever last few months so horrible trying to watch anything. A half hour show takes an hour and a half to watch. Not sure what we pay for.
A Really Great Service from a Trusted Provider.
I have used FilmOn for over 10 years. I am from the UK but live overseas. I use the service to catch up with UK TV. In all that time I have never had any issues. Sure, sometimes I have experienced buffering but that's down to my connection.
Recently, I renewed my annual subscription but inadvertently chose the wrong package. The service wasn't working as required so I contacted them and explained. I didn't get a reply straight away as their emails were not getting through to me. They realised there was an issue so reached out to me in another way to let me know.
Once we reestablished communication they resolved the subscription problem quickly by cancelling the one I had mistakenly set up and then subscribed me to the correct one.
I was really happy and pleased with the service, the way they understood my needs and for their courtesy.

Stay well clear of this company. They take your money and channels haven’t worked for months. They send you endless support emails to waste your time. Do yourself a favour and get TeeVeeing instead.
ITV3 out for days, Filmon don't care
For several days, no ITV3, but for some reason, ITV3+1 is fine, though occasionally a bit glitchy. I have notified their support several times, and get the same answer, that their technical team is working on it, but it takes time, thank you for your patience. Medium priority.

As others have said - this is a paid for service, but we can no longer receive BBC or ITV channels. Waste of time, waste of money. Filmon - you really need to reinstate the channels or refund our money.

Having used filmon for many years I have now discovered that uk itv channels have been removed.
This is the only reason I subscribe to filmon.
Please reinstate the itv channels or I will have no choice but to leave as will many others I'm sure .
I have paid for this service so wish a refund asap for this reason .

We cannot subscribe to Filmon with a valid credit card from Italy. We had been extended for a month in May 2023 and we still cannot subscribe. What is the next step.
Payment by Credit Card and Recurring subscriptions…
For many months it has been impossible to subscribe using a credit card. I have complained many times. Each time I have been a one month extension at no charge. Hence the 4* rating which two months ago would have been 5 star. Contacts have been very friendly, understanding and helpful. They seem to have drawn a line under this generosity after what, 8 months? Understandable. I have been asked several times to sign up on a mobile site.
I am more than willing to sign up, preferably for an annual deal but there seems to be no option other than recurring, i.e. subscription will be automatically renewed. This I do not want since although I've been a satisfied customer for quite a few years I am reluctant to commit to an automatically recurring contract, especially since their outsourced billing system seems less than satisfactory. I have read, I think, of cases where people have been unable to cancel their recurring contract.
I must emphasise that I have for many years been very satisfied. As an expat in Austria this access to UK TV is great as is the recording facility.
Does anyone have any comment :-)

Suddenly I had no connection with…
Suddenly I had no connection with filmon. Found out that my subscrition had expired but I had not been informed. I checked my account and discovered that last years payment had not gone through paypal but a different company. I have sent many e-mails, after 2 days I had a reply from a guy called Victor using his personal e-mail. I have blocked 2 mails from him so far. The paypal logo at the bottom of the page is not the real logo. Also, you can only pay with a credit card! Total scam. Anyone have suggestions on which services are reliable?

I was expecting good customer service & a refund after 2 days of returning from my trip abroad. I only had my smart phone & was unable to cancel my subscription on their website using my phone. Once at home using my laptop I managed to find the cancel button after 10 minutes. Not in the subscription page where you would expect it to be. I found it in the Orders page. After emailing their support team & explaining this situation, all I received was a no & a page explaining their terms & conditions. I will not use them again & very dissatisfied in their response.

Still totally awful … nearly a week of no tv. Neither live nor recordings are functioning. I believe that the problem is that there are too many subscribers for filmon to provide a reliable and adequate service.

Pathetic and Incompetent
Well, I'm not sure how much text I can paste into this (review) window but in short, between the 11th of May 2022 and the 5th of August I have had 22 email communications with these (forced edit here) seriously incompetent people, and still no solution regarding payment!
In the last 25 years of giving and receiving 'Customer Service' from all four corners of the world, this is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune to experience.
This company must be hemorrhaging profits at an alarming rate and considering the market conditions takes some doing!
Anyhow, I've just spent an hour or so building a list of all the occasions I've had email communications with Filmon Support.
Total of 22 emails in 3 months = Total Failure

As a private subscriber Filmon has provided a faultless service for almost ten years, that is until Spring 2022 when I was reminded to renew the annual subscription. Following the usual prceedure a VISA Debit card was submitted for payment whereupon I was advised that they had some issue regarding card acceptance and offered to extend the membership for several weeks until the problem was resolved.
The problem appears not to have been resolved, furthermore they seem to have a problem with PayPal given that although advertised on the subscription page it becomes inaccessable on the Check Out and Pay page.
