The product itself was fine
The product itself was fine , but was delivered to the wrong house by Evri on Saturday the 20 December - the box was soaked through - very annoying it is for a gift.
The team from filter have been fantastic and contacted me straight away to see how they could help - so thanks so much for that , Steve and Mia - excellent customer service- have a lovely Christmas !

These two products arrived promptly and are a present for my daughter for Xmas so hopefully they will be gratefully received. The other products I have ordered, the buy one get one free lash sets haven’t arrived yet, they were ordered on 8/12/2025. Getting close to Xmas now. Disappointing. The best smelling tanning mousse I…
The best smelling tanning mousse I swear! It smells like a good not over powering perfume and it dries really quickly. It also lasts pretty well for someone that takes very hot showers 2x daily - I sleep overnight in it to get the best application and it wears off nicely not blotchy. I have medium olive skin and have used Loving Tan, Dolce Glow, Tan Luxe, and +Tan.

I was very disappointed with delivery…
I was very disappointed with delivery from Yodel they said my parcel had been delivered and it wasn't there when I got home! When I broached this with yodel they wouldn't do anything and said I had to take it up with yourselves but couldn't find any information to contact you about the issue! So am out of pocket by a lot of money!!

******UPDATE, NO THIS IS INCORRECT, AS IVE ALREADY ADVISED. MY DELIVERY IS SHOWING AS STILL AT SENDER, THEREFORE IT HASNT EVEN LEFT YOURSELVES. PLEASE CAN THIS BE LOOKED INTO ASAP, AS YOU HAVE HAD MY ORDER AND MONEY FOR 9 DAYS NOW, AND ONLY HAD REPLY FROM YOU THIS MORNING STATING YOU WILL SPEAK TO YODEL - ITS NOT A YODEL ISSUE AS IT HASNT EVEN LEFT YOU!,,
Very disappointed, placed an order 6 days ago, and still not even been dispatched. I have ordered 4 gift sets and ourchased these for Christmas therefore not much use if the arrive after Christmas. Sent a message asking what the hold up is and advised these are gifts for Christmas. Waiting for a reply. 😢.
First order placed with them, and not good experience at all, to say im disappointed is an understatement .

Diane, I can see the customer service team have been in touch about the Yodel delivery issue, the order was received on the 13th December at 1027hrs and had left the warehouse for delivery by the 15th December. Unfortunately it appears once in the hands of Yodel it has not gone as planned, we will fix this for you be assured.

Amazing I love the tan. It’s amazing. I always buy it. I have very pale skin and even in the summer it doesn’t tan but with this I feel like I’ve been in the sunshine all year round
