We're really sorry to hear that you haven't had a great experience with your order.
Although your order was packed and ready the next-day after your order, unfortunately our courier missed the collection slot meaning your order was delayed. We did get in touch with customers to make them aware of this but I am very sorry if we missed you.
We have refunded the shipping cost on your order and are putting in robust procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again. I really hope we can work together again soon.

Tianna even went the extra mile when she saw our UK office ordered one style and we ordered another to double check and be sure we were getting the correct product. Super helpful and friendly. The component needed was readily and efficiently located but regrettably the 'next day' delivery promise paid for proved to take two days. The one thing that spoilt an otherwise smooth experience.
