I had a custom size filter where I provided the dimensions. They made it quickly, within a week, and it fit perfectly. Great quality, arrived without any shipping damage. I’m a subscriber!

The ordering process was so simple

The ordering process was so simple. The website is well designed and intuitive to use. It took me just a few minutes to select my filters, pay and start delivery. I have to run to the local box box retailer to pickup some filters today, but hopefully this will be the last time.

Bad start...not impressed

Initially the promised $15 discount for new customers was not applied, I had to small customer service to have them apply a $15 credit to my account after the fact. Opened the filter today to install it, and the filter shipped was both the wrong size and the wrong brand (an inferior product to what I requested was shipped).

Filter sizing can be tricky but the filter you received is the filter you ordered (per your picture) but we are absolutely happy to update your subscription with a different size or refund. Just set my second subscription up for…

Just set my second subscription up for my other daughter. Now I know they'll get done because I get a notification when they're delivered and I already make my other daughter send me a picture when hers is done. One less thing a father has to worry about!

Unfortunately our site does not allow different Merv ratings on the same subscription but you can create multiple subscriptions under the same account. Hope this is helpful.

It’s hard to tell if it has better flow…

It’s hard to tell if it has better flow but physically it doesn’t appear to be any better than a good brand from Home Depot and if you advertise it to be 2 inches it shouldn’t be 1-3/4. Overall it’s just a filter.
