Meine Bestellung kam zuerst nicht an,warum auch immer (von der Post verschluckt,keine Ahnung),aber Ersatz war kein Problem,welche dann auch ankam.

Ich kann nur sagen:Der Kundenservice und die Qualität der Produkte ist fantastisch und ich werde wieder bestellen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

PS:Checkt die Sleeves ab,die sind auch mega.

My experience with ordering cards from Final Saga is both positive and negative. On the positive side, the cards are beautiful and make for amazing nostalgic display pieces. The way the colors pop is awesome (especially the ultra rare cards). Unfortunately the 7.99 euro Ultimate Rare cards in my order ("Busta Swordsman" and "White Dragon") came with significant white spots on the borders (significantly larger and more visable then I am used to seeing in new TCG cards). When I contacted customer service they responded quickly and kindly, and I received replacement cards 9 days later. Unfortunately one of these cards (the "Busta Swordsman" ultimate rare card) again came with significant whitening on the border that was quite visable, even from a distance. When I once again requested a replacement for this card they unfortunately declined, explaining the following: "Our general standard is that every card is at least in Excellent to Near Mint condition. Minor production wear like the whitening on your card is unfortunately considered part of that condition range, especially on Ultimate Rare cards where the production process makes small imperfections like this more common and often unavoidable". They did offer to add a handpicked copy of the card "without barely visible white dots" or another non-ultimate rare card of my choice, to my next order. The problem with this is, however, that I would be forced to make another purchase even though I do not need any more/new cards. This solution would require me to spend at least 14 euro's (because of the 9 euro shipping costs) for something I do not need and will not use, to receive a card in a (for me) proper condition that I already paid for. My feedback to Final Saga would be to add a small disclaimer next to their (single) Ultimate Rare cards, explaining that, with this type of card, there is a posibility of whitening on the cards that is in line with the 'excellent' tcg card condition.

The cards are amazing quality! The feel, the classic anime style, the different holo/foil treatments, everything about them, you can tell they were made by true fans of the show! Got a booster box and a gramps deck, can't wait to get more!

AMAZING! Card and foil quality is phenomenal. These cards are stunning! The Pegasus Deck Box is gorgeous with high quality leather. The playmats are well printed and soft but still strong. Very good communication. Overall would recommend 1000%!

I ordered the double set and triple set for battle city, and I am very impressed by the quality. The deck boxes and the metal cards were beyond expectations. They are shipping from Germany so it might take a few weeks to get the order, but don't worry, they are quick to respond when you email them. Product quality, customer follow up, tracked shipping, and reliability (they are definitely legit) are all 5 stars.
