This is the second time we have used Garry, this time for our remortgage, and once again he has gone above and beyond for us. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish.

He kept in contact throughout the entire process, and whenever we had any questions, we could email or WhatsApp him and he would always get back to us as soon as possible.

Really, I appreciated with the service provided by Finance advice centre. They are not helping us to get mortgages but that look after us till end of completion, even they picked up the phone any time and give us answers. Really in such nominal fees they provide best service. I really thanks to them to help me .

Garry Smith was recommended to us by our estate agent as someone who had helped many of her clients find mortgages. Being in a somewhat unusual situation with our outgoings and expenses, we had struggled with the "mainstream" lenders. Garry was positive from the very beginning and his process of going through all of our income and expenses to get everything lined up ahead of any application helped him find us the best option and really helped the process move along. He kept checking in during the application process and keeping us up to date, liaising with the estate agent to keep them up to speed with progress too. We couldn't have asked for a better service.
