Excellent light selection and great customer service
I found this website so easy to use and a wonderful selection of lights. I was very happy with the customer service response when I had a query and my order was handled very efficiently. Even the courier delivering the goods was so nice, he even apologised that they were half an hour outside of their stated delivery time. I will definitely be buying from this site again.

Beautiful lights
Beautiful lights, very good communication and excellent value. I was a light short in my order but they were on to it straight away and resolved the issue promptly. I highly recommend find a light to anybody looking for gorgeous lights at a great price.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. We are building a new house and find a light guided us Throughout the process of picking our lights. We have vaulted ceilings so we were guided to which ones would look best and would be long enough to hang nicely. We also have multiple wall lights and again guided to beautiful ones. We even were guided on the most suitable bulbs. I dealt with the customer service via Instagram, I got very quick responses. The engagement and help was amazing and we will be returning very soon.

When I made the order with find a light. I got a phone call next day to say my order was unfortunately out of stock .But that they would do their best to source my order from a different supplier. Which they were able to do and I received my order with out any delay .I was very impressed with the service and would definitely recomend find a light .

Found after service very poor
Found after service very poor. Cannot seem to reply to below comment. But the returns were refused, because there was brown tape instead of clear tape on the outer box, inside lights were untouched. Also not permitted to pick up the light and re-charged to post out. I would call this a poor after service most online companies would not/have not refused a refund because of brown tape to a box.
