This is the worst onboarding experience we had for a corporate account. They finished the onboarding, we paid the fee and never heard back from them regardless of one month reminders.

Very Slow, Asking too many Documents, Taking too much of your time. Doesn’t worth it all. It took me 4 Months and they still haven’t verified my account. Read many reviews and Bot much to find about the company on Internet also. Looks fishy. Stay Away. They asking My all Client list and their contact details !!

Impossible to complete the onboarding process. They organized an introduction call. After waiting 10 minutes waiting them to accept me into the call, got a mail saying that the call has been canceled because I didn't joined.

Incompetence or lack of professionalism, in any case happy to have lost 10 minutes instead of a few months as a customer.
