Brilliant customer service!
Ordered a maileg bunny and Easter egg and still haven’t received the items. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have ordered elsewhere. Hope it will be here in time for Easter. Please can you advise. Tracking on Parcelforce just says ‘general logistics’ but that was a week ago.

I see that your order was delivered today - a day later than expected, but still just in time for Easter. The delay was due Parcelforce customs processing, which is prone to delays. We have since updated our delivery estimates to better account for these delays.

Beautiful stuff, fast delivery
I ordered some IB Laursen Christmas decoration and china cups from the website. My order was processed within 2 hours, shipped the same day, with a tracking link. The things are marvellous, my parcel arrived super-safely packed from Germany to Hungary in a matter of 4 days. I am very happy with the products and the service and will definitely order from them again. Thank you!
