Excellent all round
Excellent all round. Previously we had an order delay due to them requesting more stock from their supplier but upon contacting them via phone they quickly actioned the refund and posted the items [from my order] that they had in stock. Good prices, friendly service and good delivery timescales. Would recommend!

The product arrived, but the bad aftertaste remains.
They advertise next‑day delivery within the UK. Well, I waited a full week and nothing. I called the company to ask what was going on — no apology whatsoever, just excuses and nonsense about why my order hadn’t been shipped yet. In reality, they simply forgot. In the end the product did arrive, but the lack of manners and basic courtesy is definitely a downside.
