Finettchi Opiniones 1322

I’ve previously had very good experiences with Finettchi which makes writing this review rather disappointing.
However, I placed an order 23/08 and was advised that the item would be dispatched the following Monday 29th or Tuesday 30th. By Friday 2nd September the order was cancelled with no explanation other than “we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order”. My husband also placed an order and had the same thing happen. I’m curious that a small store like this can have that happen on two separate orders and not have an reason as to why - especially taking so long to cancel the orders also.
I’ve missed out on other similar items now due to time waiting on the Finettchi order.

Most of the reviews on here are false due to them offering more money if you leave a good review via trustpilot when you sell to them! Coustomer service is none existent! I’ve been waiting for a reply now for 5 business days and have still not received payment even though my item is showing on the website. They are quick enough to give you an offer and even that is a low ball offer but if you accept it then once they have you item all contact goes dead and they don’t reply! I’d rather sell my ar$e than sell to this company again!!!!

Customer service was outstanding and the order came next day as promised! 10/10 would Definatly recommend ordering from here!!!
