Never received my order. Paid for an order online weeks ago, never received any confirmation of delivery, contacted the company three times and no one has ever responded to me. Take your money and never deliver the goods, avoid!

I managed to purchase some mead cheaper than anyone else. My Favourite tipple is Lanchester Mead which is hard to find online and can be very expensive so was very happy to discover this company. Postage cost was reasonable and very speedy . The bottles were well packaged and arrived in tip top condition so I will certainly use again in the future.

They charge you for delivery but no communication regarding status. Today out of nowhere Parcelforce arrived at our doorstep we was at work and even tho we told the delivery person to leave it in safe place she told us that she can’t and she be taking it to the closest Post office. It is disappointing that due to lack of communication now I have to go and fetch the parcel where I actually have paid for it to be delivered to my house. If I would of know I would of gone to the shop to buy some wine.

The price is what drew me to Fine Wine sellers. I was a little sceptical as you don’t really know what to expect from the smaller companies, but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Not only at the price but also at the speed at which my order to arrived. I would definitely recommend and will be doing business with Fine Wine sellers again.

I ordered a case of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo (Versace), which proved undrinkable, but phoned to complain, and the very next day received a replacement of the same wine variety (but Il Caggio), free of charge, and which is delicious ! Very impressed, and will be ordering more.

Half the price of anyone else. Speedy delivery and well packaged. The only problem I now have is controlling how much I buy. So glad I stumbled across you!
