I am amazed with the work that they have done at first I was shaky that they might try to take the money and run but they proven himself to be on their job and doing well professional patches thank you as much more to come I'm getting ready to overload them

Second time we ordered from this group of pros. Now this recent order was a big one for us. The process took a bit (we are an impatient bunch) BUT, James handled us appropriately through the entire process. They communicate well. We will be back!
This by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering anything. I reached out to this company with the hope of getting a patch made. I was given an invoice for the product and shown a preview of what the patch would look like. At first I loved it the patch looked exactly like the photo I submitted. Because I was happy with the first image I paid the $100 invoice. Following this transaction I was told the “design” team had to adjust my image so that it could be made into a patch. I didn’t hear from them for days and when I finally reached out to them I was shown a “mock up” that looked nothing like my original image. When I complained I was told that if I wanted my design to look like the first image I had to pay more money and that I had reached a point where I was ineligible for a refund.This has been the worst experience and I’m angry I can’t get my money back.

You came to us with a photo and requested a 15x15 embroidered back patch one of the largest and most complex patches we produce. From the moment you placed your order, our team worked diligently to bring your vision to life. We produced three separate physical samples, revised the design multiple times, and were in constant communication throughout the process.
The first image shown was clearly an AI-generated mockup for visualization purposes only not a production promise. Embroidery is a thread-based craft and will never replicate a photograph pixel for pixel. This is an industry-wide reality, not unique to us. No embroidery company in the world can produce a photographic result with thread.
The additional cost mentioned was specifically for 3D puff embroidery a completely different premium technique you inquired about. It was never a condition of your original order.
Despite multiple completed samples, revisions, and a ready-to-ship patch, you filed a bank dispute and small claims notice. We still offered to ship your completed patch.
We stand behind our work and our team's effort on this order. Our offer to resolve this remains open.
