New to this brand but definitely a returning customer. Great quality at a reasonable price. Had to speak to customer service for small issue. Lovely, friendly staff who dealt with email promptly and the issue was dealt within the day.
Cannot recommend both company and products highly enough.

Really rate the service from Finisterre and it's a big reason I return to them. Any issues are resolved super quick and they make it so easy for you!

I had an issue with a jumper that was handled in a professional way.

We recently bought two jumpers and a coat in the St Agnes branch where the assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She fetched a coat from the stockroom that wasn't on display, and then ordered one in a different colour from another branch. This was unfortunately too small, but someone at the Bath branch was then just as helpful in ordering a larger size, which was sent as promptly as the first. I'm very happy with the coat and we also love our new jumpers.

Exemplary customer service. They really go above and beyond.

Would absolutely shop with them again - Especially with such wonderful customer service.

Had an issue with shrinkage, customer service were super helpful - solution focused, prompt to respond and clear communication.

Finisterre provided a perfect customer experience. Where I had an product issue; they were responsive, fast acting, helpful and compassionate. I already thought highly of them as a business / retailer, and recent experience has further reinforced how terrific they are to deal with as a customer.

Just browsing the website and OMG, for a start their want to charge over $100 for some plain old joggers... R U Av'ing a laugh. PASS!!

I experienced an issue with a jacket which the customer service team resolved quickly and without fuss. Their response time, helpful nature, flexibility all speak to the Finisterre brand. And so while the jacket might have not quite lived up to expectations, I have no hesitation in recommending the brand and all that it stands for. I also appluad the customer service team.

The website had run out of a jumper, ina colour, I wanted and I was told there'd be no further stock. I used the "Check store availability" option - Cambridge had one in so I emailed them. Got a reply straightaway from James who put one aside for me - rang them up and Holly sent it out - it arrived the next morning. Happy Days!

Excellent customer service at Ashley Cross branch in Poole. Knowledgable staff and great to deal with. Nice layout in the shop and everything is easy to find.

I ordered a jumper and unfortunately there were a few hiccups along the way with receiving it. However, the customer service provided was exceptional and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I would be happy to shop with them again.

I bought a women’s rollneck jumper in a medium, and it was absolutely huge and a poor fit. The rollneck looked nothing like it did on the presumably tall model. I am a petite size 12 and ended up looking more like a cross between a Telly Tubby and Scoobie Doo’s Thelma! For the price, I think there are better brands out there such as Hush or Toast. The jumper was well made, but quite rough to the touch and a little on the frumpy side for a £130 plus paid.

Seldom leave reviews but here goes. As a hillwalker, dog walker, and all round outdoors enthusiast, I've bought a lot of clothing and gear online over the years. But never from Finisterre. That changed when my adult stepson hinted that he was a big fan of the company and would appreciate a new waterproof jacket for an imminent Birthday.

And so it was I purchased a Stormbird jacket online last week. Not the cheapest garment on the market perhaps but I was reassured by previous reviews here.

Unfortunately there was a glitch with delivery that led me to contact with Customer Services. The problem was explained and resolved within minutes. Both the agent who took my all and Jack, the Customer Services Manager, were instrumental in making this happen. They went above and beyond. My boy's delighted with it.

I'm now considering a new Finisterre jacket for myself.

Loved the Finisterre shop in Leeds. The store looks great and everything feels really high quality. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Just a really nice place to shop, would definitely recommend and I will be back again.
