I have used David Merry three times now, over the past nine years, which I think is ample proof of my satisfaction with his work. He could not be more helpful in explaining my different options and the pros and cons of each one of them. As a self-employed person it's not a straight forward process, and he has lead me through it with a steady hand.

I first approached David for mortgage and first time buyer advice in 2019. From arranging the mortgage in principle, to talking through options for conveyancing and income protection, David took the time to talk through all the steps and options available, helping me navigate my home buying journey. David was happy to answer any questions I had and was always willing to talk through options in detail. He provided timely updates and regular communication throughout the process - and was quick to help provide solutions whenever challenges arose - nothing was ever too much trouble.

I have no hesitation in recommending David and will certainly be using him again when it's time to remortgage.
