Clunky, expensive and outrageous

Clunky, and outrageous to have to pay Fintech to get a payment information/history and not even a monthly statement without a subscription. Took us three tries just to get set up, then they duplicated a charge that had already been paid. Will deal with our liquor distributor directly in the future. Rather manage it a little more than use this subpar outfit. Should not have to pay for a monthly Fintech subscription to get basic monthly statement information /payment history.

Our free plan provides automated payment processing to help retailers remain compliant with state‑regulated alcohol invoice payment terms. Free‑plan users can also access 10 days of payment history in their portal.

We understand the frustration of onboarding issues and are continually working to improve our self‑service registration experience.

If a duplicate payment occurs, we recommend contacting your distributor directly, as all payment instructions originate from them and they are the only party that can see both Fintech‑processed and separately submitted payments.

This company is trying to force people…

Never heard of these guys! With the lack of security in technology today, you have no business with my bank account number and private information. I would suggest other people to not give their personal information either to anyone but their banks. Go to a local wholesaler and keep your information yours. They are selling it for extra money and enabling spam through emails, phone calls. Its a racquet! My bank account has been hacked too many times and its not going to happen because I gave it to FinTech. AND, you've had numerous data breaches. Google it!

Can't view invoices

An absolutely useless service. The site will not let you view invoices unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

I would give them a Zero Star if I…

I would give them a Zero Star if I could. Erroneous debit from my account of over 850.00 and are unable to see what was paid unless you "upgrade" your plan. I owed the vendor ZERO dollars as I pay on delivery. Complete SCAM. I will move this up the management chain at Eagle Rock Distributing and make sure they understand what a poor service this is for their customers.

Useless don't waste your money

We get ach'd from one of our vendors we can't even see the invoice we are just paid. In response to the reply this not the case for us and support is useless.

To clarify, payments are processed automatically once a vendor submits an invoice, in accordance with state-regulated terms. This ensures compliance and timely settlement between retailers and distributors.

Retailers on our free plan can view up to 10 days of payment history in our new portal. For those on a paid plan, the portal provides access to 15 months of detailed invoice history. We're continually working to improve transparency and functionality based on feedback like yours.

They charge $150 if the check gets…

They charge $150 if the check gets returned. The reason is the banks charge them about 35 to 50 dollars. They pocket the rest. Stay away from this scam service.
