Fiorucci Opiniones 

I liked the look of their products but I have found the customer service to be extremely poor (in fact, non-responsive).

My first observation was that they pitch themselves as a premium brand but if you sign up to their email address you will be inundated (and I mean 'inundated') with up to 50% discounts. However, when you click it becomes clear that they're promoting items they don't have in stock just to get you to their site, and they seem to be rarely re-stock (as opposed to it all selling out really quickly).

The t-shirt I ordered was smaller than expected them so I contacted them re changing for a size L. However, they told me they do not offer exchanges, only refunds (wait...what?). I replied seeking clarification and didn't hear back. I then sent an email chaser and still haven't heard back many days later.

This was my first time buying from Fiorucci and not only did I recieve the completely wrong item, but I have now waited over a week to recieve a response from their support team. I really would have expected a better service for the pricetag.

Fast shipping. Reaction from the customer service is very slow. Already waiting for 5-6 days.

An incorrect delivery address was recorded. After flagging this late on a Sunday evening, I was relieved to have received a prompt message the next day assuring me that not only had t he address been amended, but that my items would be dispatched soon.
Very pleased.

After an initial issue regarding the order from the website, Laura from customer service was ready and fast enough to cancel the mistaken orders and send my money back. Gladly now I will need to fast receive my Fiorucci purchase! Thank you

I made an international purchase, the items arrived incredibly quick, which was fantastic. The quality of the items were great and the shirt looked a lot better in person.
I purchased two to ensure I got the right size and the returns process was very simple, Laura was super helpful and the couriers picked it up directly from me. I will definitely be shopping again!

The sizing is a bit small! But the custome service is great! Got help the same day and was abel to return even though the 14 days for return had passed.

Avevo ordinato una maglia e un costume durante il periodo dei saldi.. purtroppo dopo qualche giorno ricevo uno storno in quanto mi avessero restituito l'importo del costume così scrivo una mail chiedendo spiegazioni e mi avvisano che c'era stato un problema in magazzino e il sito non segnalava che il costume era soldout perciò per scusarsi mi hanno dato un codice sconto per il mio acquisto successivo. La maglia è arrivata perfetta e nei tempi prestabiliti!

The clothes I have got from this shop before have all been brilliant quality, but I got a pair of their light blue jeans with the cherub print all over and the denim is great quality and fits perfect but the cherubs are peeling off pretty much as soon as I put them on the first time, we asked to exchange for another pair which they refused and said they'd give us a discount on a next purchase (£10)... p*ss take for £100 jeans

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter end November as a Christmas gift 2020.
When Fiorucci sent it they put the wrong receiver name. This have resulted in that we never got the package and everytime I write them it take 1-2 weeks before I get a reply.
As of 16th of February 2021, I still haven’t gotten the sweatshirt and Fiorucci refuse to give me my money back.
I have never dealt with anyone this rude.

Har bestilt flere varer og de leverer hurtigt. Desværre skulle jeg for første gang returnere en vare, der var for stor og det gik ekstremt dårligt. Der medfulgte en returlabel ligesom de skriver på hjemmesiden, at retur er gratis. Jeg forsøgte at sende pakken, men posthuset afviste pakken og sagde at den label, der var medsendt var ugyldig. Jeg måtte så betale 190kr for en retur label. Jeg har nu sendt varen retur til den samme adresse, der stod på den fremsendte retur label, et sted i Holland, men kan se på en anden anmeldelse herinde, at pakken nok kommer retur til mig (fordi det er fusk og adressen i Holland ikke findes!?) Jeg valgte ved afsendelsen med PostNord, at såfremt pakken ikke kan leveres, så går den tabt. Konklusionen bliver nok, at jeg har mistet 710kr for varen plus de 190kr for forsendelsen. Så handel ikke på denne side medmindre du ved at du ikke er i risiko for at skulle returnere varen. Jeg har kontaktet fioruccs kundeservice, men har intet hørt fra dem. Håber virkelig at de retter op på dette, det må være ulovligt det de gør. Nu tre uger senere har jeg intet hørt omkring min returnering, men har istedet modtaget en regning fra DHL med pålagt told og moms for mine ordrer. Jeg ender med at tabe omkring 1500kr på mine køb hos Fiorucci.com og kommer aldrig til at handle hos dem igen. UK er ude af EU så husk at der tilkommer moms, det står ingen steder på deres site, så troede faktisk ikke heller at dette var lovligt. Scam site hele vejen igennem!!!

Product great but returns a nightmare. Wont even bore you with the details. It has put me off ordering from them again.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER AVOID AT ALL COST!
I proceded and order on the 26/12/20 that has not yet been processed...Despite my several attends to contact their customer support I had no response from them. After a week I asked SEVERAL TIMES to cancel my order however they ignored me and took the money from my account...SO unprofessional AVOID AT ALL COST

Bad service
I am still missing a pair of trousers and the help service do not respond or have any solutions. I have been written an email 5 November 2020 and have not heard anything from them about what to do! I really want the trousers I have paid for and looking forward to wear.

Die Ware ist toll, wurde auch schnell geliefert. Es war kein gültiges Retourenlabel für den versprochenen kostenlosen Rückversand beigefügt. Der Customer Service reagierte extrem langsam. Schließlich frankierte ich die Retour selbst € 18 und schickte das Paket an die Adresse auf dem Retourenlabel nach Holland. Das Paket kam zurück. Mittlerweile hatte ich ein gültiges Retourenlabel bekommen. Ich retournierte die Ware, bekam aber nur € 100 statt 125 gutgeschrieben. Ich habe nun wieder geschrieben.... NIE NIE WIEDER werde ich bei Fiorucci bestellen, das alles zieht sich schon knapp 6 Wochen hin und ich habe schon sehr viel Zeit vergeudet
