Great product and customer service!
I ordered a glass breaker and seatbelt cutter Keyring. Very easy ordering process and it arrived quickly. I tested the glass breaker on my work top and it appeared not to work. I contacted the company who responded almost immediately and allayed my concerns, with an explanation on how to test it. I followed the instructions and it worked. I am very impressed with the customer service and would certainly recommend using this company.

All round excellence
I was looking for seat belt cutters and came across this company. I ordered cutters for all the family plus a torch for walking the dogs, lambing etc and a small torch for my pocket. Both torches are rechargeable and the small one worked straight away however the larger torch I had difficulty with so got in touch with the company and was immediatly helped resolving my problem (hadn’t removed the protective plastic from around the battery) Great products, fast delivery and speedy response to query.

The customer service is fantastic, a special mention for Thomas who helped me with a query I had! I ordered pens which are amazing, not too heavy, not too light and perfect to write with. The service from Fire and Rescue Tools UK was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend using them. I am delighted with my Listo mechanical chinagraph pencil and leads, making it possible for me to write directly onto plastic of all sorts. No more lost labels in the freezer - just write contents on to the bag! Ideal too for marking plant labels and spray bottles to avoid confusion.

I ordered the small keyring glass breakers and when they came faulty I reached out to customer support and Thomas was very quick to reply and resolve the issue multiple times, it has genuinely been the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, not to mention the high quality of product, very impressed and would recommend!

Brilliant experience with this company…
Brilliant experience with this company :) I saw an advert for a similar tool to cut car seatbelts and smash windows but it was £35! Crazy price. I then searched and found this company and their letting one was almost £5! Unfortunately there was a problem with the post and I didnt receive the first one but after emailing they sent out a replacement for me and it came straight away! Brilliant customer service and great product and great product.

I can’t thank Fire and Rescue Tools enough for all the support they’ve given us during our 3 Peaks Challenge! Not only did they generously donate money to our cause, but they also shared our challenge and helped spread the word. Their support has made a huge difference!

These guys have the best customer service! The order was dispatched promptly and arrived amazingly quickly. However, the best service was the communication after receipt when I was having some issues (user error based issues) and the advice was prompt and succinct. Needless to say my chinagraph pencil was working perfectly and was precisely what I was looking for as is so much better than a pencil one where the tape gets caught and rips - Thank you F&RT

Glass breaker - great product, I love all the colour variations.
I had an issue with my order and Thomas was really quick to respond, and followed through until the problem was solved. You don’t get great customer service like that very often!
