Firebox supplied a woodburning stove for us this year. When there was some confusion over the product codes and which stove we had ordered, they sorted it out for us with no fuss and in a very helpful way. Thank you for the good service and good product.

Richard Brewer Showroom Supervisor was really helpful and proactive in his support to find the right parts and calling me. I would certainly recommend Firebox Stoves to anyone if all the staff are like him.

My first experience of conveting from open grate to stove. Recently bought an ACR400 Tenbury, which was delivered earlier than expected. My local engineer installed it no problem, but there was a slight problem with it burning fuel too quickly. An email to fireboxstoves was answered very quickly (thanks, Luke), taken seriously, and with lots of helpful suggestions, including the correct technical answer. Luke even offered to go to the manufacturer should this be needed. It wasn't - Luke's advice was spot on and after a very small adjustment the stove is working perfectly. Great sales and after sales service. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

I purchased a Charnwood Country 4 from Firebox stoves. The experience has been simple and straightforward. The staff were more than helpful and answered all my questions. There prices are very competitive, I couldn't find cheaper and the stove was delivered the next day.

Absolutly love our Morso Forno, which Firebox were selling at an excellent price.
They were helpful and friendly throughout and were happy to courier the various parts out as they arrived, rather than holding it back until the order was complete, which I'm sure would have been cheaper for them to do.

Good advice from customer service and swift dispatch of my order. Unfortunately it needed to be changed as the colour of the flue wasn't right; the correct flue was delivered and the wrong one picked up in 2 days. Happy customer. Thank you.
