I was sceptical at first since I saw Firefly on social media and no one I know to reference from, I took a leap of faith after reading customer reviews. I contacted the number given and spoke to Lisa. I briefed her on what I wanted and she quoted me without wasting any time. As much as I saw something I loved on their page, she encouraged me to make it a bit different just to make it unique. She communicated really well and worked promptly. I received my ring and it’s so beautiful, the only unfortunate part is that I have to wait for the big day to flaunt it. If you you had any doubts, this is your sign to have no fear.

There are so many points that require praise! Lisa is an absolute star, she was patient with all our craziness. Guided us through the process step by step, incorporated exactly what we wanted with some flair that only Firefly can do. Lisa presented the CAD design before production, kept to timeline and produced a product that is beyond stunning. Couldn’t be happier the with the ring but also how comfortable we were during the process. Finally, I should add…the answer was YES!!

Lisa crafted a story into the ring my husband proposed with. She listened to all the finer details he wanted and wove them into the piece.
