I found the service delivery…
I found the service delivery outstanding, in fact I ordered over the festive season not expecting delivery until the new year but fortunately it arrived on the 31st, so we had a great New Year's eve braai and fire! The communications from checkout to delivery was excellent. The website was easy to navigate and informative. Last but certainly not least the quality of the product (Kameldorring) was first class and in fact the best I have used, the wood literally burned foe hours and I used far less than I thought which is great as I have spare for another braai/fire. Well done team Firemasters, keep up the good customer experience. I will be back!!
