Great all in one option
Everything from setup to quality of work to cleanup was top notch. Somewhat involved install of gas fireplace isert that required jackhammering bricks, running new gas and electrical lines, and running chimney inserts down a 100yr old chimney surrounded by a clay tile roof. Worked through lunch to get it all done in one day!

Very happy with the service and with the gas fireplace we received. We’ve used it several times and love the warmth it provides. The technicians were very careful to cover the hearth and floor and were very respectful in our house, making sure not to leave a mess. Thank you!

It is regret that your experience with our company was less than stellar. A job that should have been fairly straightforward did, indeed, take far longer than it should have.
Like all companies, when it comes to custom products like your chase top, we have a preferred manufacturer that handles the fabrication. In this instance, our preferred vendor dropped the ball. Their expected delivery time was pushed back repeatedly. This is not an excuse but an explanation. We should have assessed the situation sooner than we did. That is on us and we apologize for not doing so.
As soon as we identified the significant problem with our standard fabricator, we shifted the order to our auxiliary manufacturer and delivered/installed the chase top as soon as possible. However, we still ended up with a job that took double the time it should have.
Once again, our apologies for all the delays from our fabricator, we should have addressed them much sooner to mitigate any delay. Trust that this is not our normal way of operating. We hope that you might give us another chance in the future so that you can see why we are a leader in the industry and have been for over three decades.

Yearly fireplace cleaning
I had Rocky and Christian out for yearly cleaning of my wood burning fireplace. Both guys were friendly, professional, and respectful of my space. They even handled the curve-ball of my metal roof with grace. I'd highly recommend.

They are the best
Mike and Xavier just cleaned my wood fireplace, and as usual FCA did an outstanding job. They were meticulous in keeping our home clean while they worked and were most efficient. Mike answered all my questions and provide excellent advice on how to maximize our fireplace experience. I've used FCA for years and have never been disappointed in their service. I highly recommend them without reservation. They are the best!
