Have I been scammed?
Ordered a board game on the 31st May and the next day was emailed by Jimmy saying there was a problem with my PayPal payment and instructions on how to pay direct, which I did and which cleared.
Since then nothing.
My multiple emails to Jimmy and attempts to contact via the website have been ignored and the phone number listed on google is no longer connected. Over a week later and with my order still listed as "pending" I'm forced to try and recover the funds via PayPal.

Order not sent
I placed an order around the 29th/30th March and was told the next day via email it would be dispatched within a day and a confirmation email would be sent. I realised after a few weeks I still hadn’t recieved the parcel, or an email saying dispatched, I’ve since emailed several times and tried to contact through the website but no response. It’s disappointing as I’ve purchased from them at comic con before and have been really happy, but this time not so much

Purchased item. They said they didn’t have it in stock, proceeded to ignore any further correspondence with me and did not issue a refund. This a scam and they will try and keep your money.

Issue but swiftly resolved
My order was initially delivered incorrectly, possibly mixed with someone else's. Jimmy was apologetic and very quick to resolve and send the items I ordered, and I wasn't required to return the item incorrectly delivered to me.
Postage both of the initial incorrect order, and the corrected order, was very fast in both cases.
