While there was a few days delay in terms of the dispatching of my order, I was impressed by the communication from Jimmy about the status of my order. The goods arrived safely and were well packaged. I would happily use FSC again.

I recently attempted to purchase One Piece Card Game EB-03 from Firestorm Cards. During a phone call, I was quoted £250 per box, which was already above expected retail pricing. However, when I visited the store shortly afterwards, the price had increased to £300 per box.

When I questioned the £50 difference, I was told it was due to limited allocation. This was confusing, as multiple sealed cases were visibly present in store at the time. I also asked for clarification regarding sourcing and allocation but did not receive a clear answer.

I understand supply and demand can affect pricing, but such a significant and sudden increase, especially when stock appears available, left me disappointed. Transparency and consistency are important, particularly for Official Play Stores supporting local communities.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase from them again.

I recently purchased an item from this company at a convention, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The product I received was either not as described or arrived damaged, which was a huge letdown, especially as a dedicated collector. The sealed product had a tear when bought was not informed. I had high expectations, but instead I was left feeling frustrated, angry, and deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. I urge fellow collectors to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as my experience has been nothing short of upsetting.

Fantastic service from a top class company. Goods arrived quickly and were perfect. I had a query re how my bank labelled the transaction and Jimmy replied almost immediately to my email, despite it being days from Christmas and their busiest time. Fabulous firm and highly recommended.
