Although a lot of bad reviews, I got mine next day had tracking updates and it scanned as genuine first inquiry so the vapes are not fake people bad mouthing this site in my opinion are way off, I’ll be using them again

Opened a brand new vape from fire vapes the crystal 10k puffs, only used it a couple times now it won’t work can’t find away to contact them and reading others reviews don’t look like it would be worth trying, completely a waste of money

They accidently forgot a 10pack in my order.
That is fine, But they refuse to acknowledge that they made a mistake. And keeps ignoring my massages regarding refunding me. Very unprofessional

Ordered 2 10k Crystal vapes. The first one died after about 3 hours and the second one lasted just under a day. Have emailed and got ignored. I then emailed again advising I will contact Trading Standards. Then got a reply asking me to send a video of the vapes not working as if I am making the whole thing up. Selling faulty products and then accusing customers of lying is not a great business model really? I would definitely avoid using this website?

Non existent customer service, don’t touch this place with a barge pole! Made first ever order for over £100, had option of free delivery but chose UPS guaranteed next day delivery at £7.99 as Royal Mail often deliver to the wrong address. Firstly, on the day of delivery I got up at 8am and checked the tracking which said it had been delivered 2 hours previously, which it hadn’t. Emailed FireVapes to let them know. Then later that day the delivery turned up with the postman; it had been sent out RM tracked 24 (the free delivery option). I emailed FireVapes again to ask for the delivery to be refunded, but of course they haven’t replied to either email or processed a refund. On top of that one of the products wasn’t what I ordered. Cowboy outfit, just don’t bother!

I ordered 10 random r and m tornado 7000 .
I was a little sceptical at such a good price and 1 review which was bad.
But there was nothing to worry about with free tracked delivery and arrived next day.
I've scratched 2 and checked code and all legit.
Give them a try.

You will not receive your items, they scam you and don‘t answer your mails.

I checked reviews and get scared at first but I get my order on time and without any problems. Gonna order from them again.

The worst company ever. Sent me 8 out of 10 vapes. Sent many mails and No return answer... Worst service ever! F this company

Avoid!
Bought a box of 10 vapes from this company, when they arrived 5 of the vapes were faulty. I emailed them to explain the situation and then heard nothing back, non existent customer service.
