Amazing company. Hired them for our wedding evening. One of the highlights of the day (after the 'I do' of course). The guests loved it, and we were so transfixed by the display the photographers had to send my sister to tell us to start posing for some good shots! A really special way to end the day. Highly recommend.

I've been doing displays with fireworks from Fireworks Crazy for over a decade now, but this year they excelled! Great selection on their web page, and a much easier to use discount system for extra freebee fireworks. Delivery was perfect, in good time for our display, and nothing was missing or damaged.

Our event went stormingly well, not a single firework failed and we got a massive applause!

Brilliant customer service. We were complete numpties and didn't think to measure the length of our garden. Realised one day after the order being placed that we couldn't set off the box we ordered.
Messaged via WhatsApp and got an instant response. Order swapped and delivered following day.

Amazing fireworks and extremely fast in store service even on New Year’s Eve !!!

This year was the second time of ordering from firework crazy and as last year I was amazed at the quality of my order each and every firework done exactly what It was supposed to do, the quality of firework is absolutely phenomenal.
All I have to say is roll on next year, will definitely be ordering from you guys again

Bought fireworks for my son's birthday, and due to delivery charge (which is not unreasonable if in london) decided to buy for bonfire night and new year too.
Website gives great videos of the product so you can see what you are going to get. Price was most competitive I have seen, delivery was pretty quick and comms were good (many a few too many emails tbh though!). Would definitely use again.

This company has the best fireworks at the best prices with lots to chose from i went all out this year and comments from the audience saying 'my fireworks were better then the towns public display they put on the night before!' Speaks volumes really. Great customer service, great products. Will be back next year for sure. Bigger and better for next year too!

Sent fireworks that did not ignite properly and then did not want to refund.

They clearly do not understand the trading regulations around offers and would not use them again. They are very unprofessional, and I highly recommend avoiding them.

If you have an issue, they will try their hardest to swindle you out of money.

Further more, the FREE item was less than the amount they partially refunded. So they have knowingly and admittedly conned me out of the difference.

Total scam of a company, built on no morals.

Edit: PayPal said it wasn't covered under their own buyer protection. Again you're admitting that it was a problem with the firework I purchased, but you haven't refunded the amount I paid for that firework.

Buy one get one free is exactly that, buy at full price and 1 IS FREE! The free item was clearly a different item, and I will be reporting you to trading standards. You was not offering a 50% off sale, it was buy one at full price and get another free.

Not great, phoned to cancel the order, they agreed to do so and refund, then sent it anyway. When I called again they said all cancellations should be made by email and since there is no proof I would need to pay to return presumably at the over the top price they charge for delivery (40 quid for a 5 working day turnaround).

We ordered on a Thursday morning (27th Oct) and delivered by Friday lunch time (28th Oct). Really good range of fireworks. Only downside is the minimum spend of £100 especially as you pay for postage anyway.

Buying on line means you can watch videos to see what you are getting, excellent range at very reasonable prices. Quick delivery and fast responses to questions. Most importantly they do the cheapest delivery I could find, particularly if you're in London or the South East.

Order placed Sunday 09/10/22 for delivery Zone B - 1-2 days delivery time. Its now Friday 14th no delivery and also they dont delivery weekends. So be lucky to get order for 17th. So not happy. Poor!
As of 17/10/22 no refund yet!

This company has earned all the plaudits received on Trustpilot.
The company is excellent. The videos of the fireworks fairly represent what you will get. You have to be realistic about how much you pay and what you can reasonably expect. Glitter pop rockets four for £7.99 are a simple pop, but what do expect for £2 each. The bigger rockets are superb, firework display standard.
I was kept fully updated by e-mail on the progress of the order and it was delivered to the south coast two days later.
Good solid and secure box all felt very safe and professional.
Great experience all around.

I was looking for a local supplier of fireworks for a home display on New years eve. Found Fireworks Crazy on Google and I liked the site layout and the descriptions of their boxed selections. Ordered the Celtic 10 and the box arrived within a week. Set them off last night and the whole family agreed they were effectively a mini- professional display. Certainly the best I have ever bought.

Scam, delivery costs £45 for a product that weighs less than 500g. Thats 4x as much as the product costs.
