Excellent value for a good pair of glasses

I require three sets of glasses, a varifocal, sunglasses with varifocal, and super readers for the computer. The cost of these here in Ireland would most likely be around €1000, I cannot afford that. Firmoo has a limited but decent selection of frames, they arrived in good time and I now have a pair of sunglasses that work for me. It's a win win and I have since encouraged my mother to order non-prescription polaroids from them as well.

5 STAR ALL THE WAY

From start to finish 5star company.
I have purchased my 5th pair of glasses.
I have 3 tinted shades
1 photochromic
1 regular.
ALL VARIFOCAL prescription.
From ordering to delivery to Customer service throughout to after sales service and more importantly quality I cannot fault Firmoo.
It took me ages to order my 1st pair as I am dubious when not seeing the actual product .
I ordered my 1st pair and was thrilled. Now I have 5 pairs. I have recommended to so many others now as anyone who knows me would agree I have no problem complaining about a bad /defective product or service but I promise you I have nothing but praise for this company and its before /during and after care. The glasses speak for themselves.
I paid nearly 400 euro on a 2 for 1 offer for 2 pairs (prescription)from specsavers (basic lenses)
I paid half that for 2 pairs with all the added coatings/tinted and thinned .
Happy happy customer. Will be purchasing more.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company! Made everything easy from step 1 to receiving the glasses! I love mine, comfortable and a perfect fit. Prescription was perfect too

I love the glasses I have so many pairs…

I love the glasses I have so many pairs I would give 5 stars but the ones that have click on sunglasses are a bit flimsy

Bruising from glasses

The glasses came very heavy. Leaving Brussels around my nose. I tried co tą ting customer service but they never got back to me. Will never ever ever order again

A friend recommended Firmoo to me & I ordered my 1st pair of prescription glasses in January. Unfortunately I ordered the rimless frames & they came apart at the bridge part. Just a bad design of frame, but I sent photos & Firmoo offered to replace glasses for up to the same value. I ordered another more robust framed pair & I'm really happy with them. Unlike other glasses that I've had from major opticians in UK & Ireland, these Firmoo glasses stay cleaner for a lot longer. Whatever the coating is it seems to work really well.

No Glasses Six Weeks after Ordering:

I ordered two pairs of glasses on 12th February 2026. To date (22nd March 2026), I have not received the glasses or even an update on shipping. I complained to the company and received an email on 10th March assuring me that the glasses order would be expedited. They are marked as still processing on the website, despite the fact that the website advertises a processing time of 8-11 business days and a shipping time of 5-7 business days. These time frames have been exceeded.

After reviewing your order, we found that one pair of glasses has been completed and is ready to be shipped, while the other pair has experienced repeated lens breakage during the production process, which unfortunately caused the overall delay. If you no longer wish to wait for both pairs to be ready, we can either ship the completed pair now and cancel the other pair for a partial refund, or cancel the full order for a full refund.
