Reliable and quick delivery

Starting with the registration which was done efficiently and quickly right through the delivery of the course. I have taken many first aid courses but Leslie Kirkman delivers the best course I have ever been on. His manner is unrushed so I have enough time to learn all of the material and his depth of knowledge means the students were all able to learn in whatever way worked best for each of us.

If it weren't for a failure in their courier I would have said excellent speedy delivery. I had standard delivery 2-3 days, "apparently" the courier attempted delivery the day after dispatch, which would have been fantastic, but they failed to leave any 'we tried to deliver' note.
On day 3 I had the "please rate your experience" email, so contacted the company to ask if I should have received the package by then.
Their customer service was prompt, polite and informative. I was advised that as there was no answer, on the single delivery attempt, the courier left the item at a drop off/pick-up location. Perversely, not their closest one, so the fact I had no note from the courier, I even wonder if they got the right address. Anyway, I was able to pick up the package and all was well.

My suggestion would be if you are wanting items within a tight timeframe, then a tracked option may suit you. Otherwise, if using standard and you haven't had the item within the estimated timeframe, do follow up with them as you may find it's gone elsewhere.
