Horrible experience! I had my FREC 3 course scheduled, but it was rescheduled 3-4 times. After requesting a refund, it's been 6 weeks with no response. Communication is a mess and completely unacceptable.

Absolute shambles of a company. I have paid for and was supposed to attend their FREC 3 course in May, they have since cancelled and tried to rearrange the course 3 times. I have cancelled and requested a refund a month ago and I am still yet to receive any refund. Their communication is horrendous and their time management/admin is no better at all. Please, avoid this company at all costs.

Lovely trainers made what would normally be a lecturing boring experience to be fun and immersive that also helped us retain the information.

Avoid this company. Reports are continuing to be made to the awarding body for their courses as I have not received a refund a month after i requested it after cancelling their course twice.

Great instructions and instructor very helpful

Good experience overall

My training course was due to start on 29 April. By the 26th (the working day before) I have received zero information about where I needed to be and when etc. Upon calling them at 3pm I was told the course had been cancelled. Nobody had thought to tell me.
Fast forward 3 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me. I’ve called regularly but they either don’t answer or simply say it’s with accounts, but won’t let me speak to them.
Avoid this training partner at all costs as they will keep your money without providing you with a service and if something goes wrong their customer service is absolutely shocking!

She explained each term well and helped me understand how to safely perform first aid
