Knowledgeable Trainer
The knowledge of the trainer, Fernando, was excellent and the practical role play has given me confidence for CPR and the use of a defibrillator. Also enjoyed the 3 days.

Engaging and Informative
Jodie was exceptionally good at keeping everyone engaged during the session. The training was very informative and I now feel confident to deal with an emergency should it occur at my workplace.

Very knowledgeable trainer, great amount of practical Vs academic training. I've done numerous First aid courses over the last 25 years. This is actually the first time I've left feeling confident about my ability to help someone in an emergency situation. Very grateful 🙏
