Well organised, great instructor and good communication from the outset.

On Each topic i feel we should of had a little test on to ensure we totally know and understand and to be sure you get 100% correct

We had a great trainer, with a good sense of humour - and I passed tthe course!

Didn’t know needed a TV screen, so watched from a laptop.

Brilliant explained and gave us loads of scenarios, which helped explain things as we would see them.

Many thanks to Jodie for the two days Safety First Aid training and Paediatric First Aid courses that I attended on 18th June and 19th June 2025 I found that the instructor provides a clear explanations, create a relaxed and interactive learning environment.

I found this a productive and engaging refresher session which compared favourably with comparable exercises I have experienced with other providers.

James has a thorough knowledge of his subject which he brings to life with his enthusiasm which is complemented by a wealth of relevant examples he introduced from his personal experience.

The pacing of the session was well judged, with all the most important topics covered effectively before 'information saturation' could set in.

I definitely recommend this course.

Very helpful and informative information on first aid

This was a well organised Emergency First Aid 1 Day training, and the trainer was very knowledgeable and experienced. The pace of the class was perfect - enough time to go through the important stuff, without having to rush through it. Everything was well explained and thoroughly demonstrated.

Top quality first aid training. It was really immersive and included a lot of demonstration and practice! I'd highly recommend this training provider for the quality of their training.

The instructor was amazing, she explained everything thoroughly, was empathetic and easy to follow!

Her delivery was fun, precise and not too overwhelming, it was an amazing refresh as i hadn't done First Aid in decades, Jodie is by far the best First Aid instructor i have had...

She used lots of personal anecdotes to make every aspect of the Training engrossing.
The entire Class had a lot of fun doing the day.

Instructor was great but the class I booked was cancelled which was annoying and then coming to class had difficulties finding venue. More clarity on address for this venue would of helped. Once there however it was a great session

As I said it teaches me a lot more about the body
