We chartered two buses to shuttle our wedding guests between the hotel and the venue so that everyone could have a good time without having to worry about driving or finding a ride. We ended up getting assigned to the Auburn branch. There's not a negative thing I can say about my experience.
Three days before the wedding, I was provided with the names and numbers of our bus drivers, Mike and Dale. On the day of the wedding, the drivers arrived early to the hotel and made sure to let me know, which provided me with some reassurance.
They left the hotel promptly and arrived to the ceremony at the perfect time, leaving no guest behind. They tucked away out of site for the duration of the wedding, and stuck to the plan we had put in place when booking the rides. At the end of the night, they got everyone back to the hotel safely, and were good sports about harmless shenanigans and sing-alongs on the ride home.
I highly recommend First Charter for any occasion. It is far cheaper than limo services and gets the job done just as well.

First Student is truly the best! Not only is the team fantastic to work with upon booking but the drivers are amazing, they're incredibly kind, accommodating, and all around delightful. My experience is largely working with the Auburn, NY branch and they always go above and beyond to provide a great experience.

If I could do a negative review I would. This bus company managed to miss 2/5 stops on my wedding. Guests arrived 10 minutes late because the bus “forgot” a stop. The company also has a “day of” contact which I called all 3 numbers a total of 37 times and left messages. I never heard back from anyone. It is truly astounding how bad this experience was, but to make matters worse they forgot the last stop and made the bridal party have to find their own way home at 1100. There was no correspondence and this is an area of minimal Uber’s so it was a frantic time. I personally could not recommend this company to anyone and if anyone asks my experience I would love to share with the world how they ruined our wedding.

Timely, safe and efficient. Bus was in great condition. An excellent option for a wedding shuttle and a terrific price as well
