Our driver was GREAT. Arrived on time and got us to each location on time. She helped make our tour SEEMLESS!

***Update 6.6.24*** First Charter has since given us a significant portion of our payment back to cover experienced problems. We truly appreciate the effort and follow up. We are a non-profit and take our spending very seriously. Thanks First Charter!

- I understood that I could make changes to our trip for a $50 charge. I was told NO by a representative. I did not get her name, but asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me.

Event Day:

- Buses (multiple) were late on arrival. Bus #1 was so late, riders missed the event. - NOT ACCEPTABLE.

****I was warned the buses would be late because they always are. That's an awful reputation to have. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, but I was ultimately let down and betrayed.

- Never given bus driver numbers. No one to get ahold of. Regional office numbers no answer and no answer day of event.

- Bus driver for bus #4 did not know where they were going. The directions they were following were confusing. The shuttle lead (our staff) had to direct.

- Bus driver for bus #1 left bus full of passengers in inclement weather.

We also believe we were overcharged.

Our driver was amazing. Patient and knowledgeable.

Able to easily book trips and my preferred driver with ease. It’s important to me that the children in my care are safely picked up and returned to their parents and my reliable driver from First Student provides the type of safety I can always trust.

The driver was patient, friendly and accommodating. The quick response too of booking a bus was very helpful.

I have had 2 buses not show up so far this school year and when I requested to speak with a manager, I kept getting the run around. I did get the fees refunded, but having to reschedule school field trips is challenging and frustrating , especially when it wasn't our fault. I've never had these issues in the past and most reps are awesome, so I am hoping this is just a rough year for FS. I appreciate the service your all provide regardless and we couldn't get students around without you!

We rented a bus for our office Christmas Party and had a wonderful experience! Bus arrived on time. We had a friendly, responsible, and patient driver. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!! Would 100% use this service again.

The bus was very late and no apology just said I got lost, these directions are bad.
Each bus should have a GPS system, paper directions are not reliable and helpful if you get lost!!
The paper directions he was given were not correct/the best and smartest way to go.
called the two numbers multiple times, the email listed for any issues and it went to voice mail. I
called multiple times to speak to someone about our experience when we got back and always was told the managers were gone and they'd take a message. I never heard back and eventually gave up. I now see what might be a partial refund but very small and not what we would be owed since were charged hourly.
My whole group of 15 was very disappointed and we will never rent through First Charter again because of the way it was handled!

We used First Charter as our wedding transport and the drivers were amazing. Super friendly and made sure we got everyone on the buses at the end of the night!
