Our Driver was excellent!! She was courteous, patient and very professional. One of our staff members left her purse on the bus and the driver took her personal time to bring it to our campsite. I am so upset that I can't remember the drivers name to properly acknowledge her. She was wonderful!

We had an overall great experience. Our driver, Stevie, was on time, got us to the venue easily and without any issues. Got us right back to the drop off as well. The pickup and drop-off was seamless with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend for someone looking to transport a large party to a venue.

The bus was very clean and sanitized. The driver was professional and courtesy.

The kids really liked the experience however the bus driver had zero personality and was not very good in providing music on the bus.

Booking process can only be done over the phone which makes it difficult, but everyone is really nice and helpful. It is a slow process so book ahead of time.

Our experience with First Charter Bus was awesome! they arrived early to ensure that we would get to our field trip on time.

The bus was dirty
And the driver showed no ability to manage a bus he cause a very bumpy ride and this was surprising especially after he saw little kids <5 would use this service again. I may add the customer services team was very very helpful

Drivers were professional and prompt-excellent service.
I gave four stars because it can be difficult to get in touch with the main office during the planning stage.

I would like to give 5 stars to the customer service team that did everything in their power to find us the bus, and in our case, it wasn't an easy task.
However, communication via email is lacking, we had to communicate everything via a phone call.

The bus on the day of the trip was late by 15 min without anyone from the bus company letting us know.

Overall it was a good experience and we'd be happy to use this option again in the future.
