First charter is always so reliable and dependable. This was a last minute booking and it went so smoothly.

First Charter was great to work with. Simple communication on the front end & timely arrival for the day of service. Our driver went above and beyond with the expectations of the day.

Customer service is rude. And it is so hard to make changes without having to cancel the whole reservation. Even minor changes like the hour or adding another bus! It is an stressful experience, they would be okay with canceling your trip the day before if your card didn't go through without trying AGAIN.

Driver was on time and calm! Something desperately appreciated on a field trip with 50 elementary students!

The trip to the destination was fine.
On the return trip (2 days later), the bus driver was an hour and 15 minutes late because of the time difference between Illinois and Michigan (CST vs. EST).
I mention this every year I order the bus service and this time the representative on the phone assured me the bus driver will be aware of the time difference.

First student went out of their way to help us with a complication on our part late on a weekend evening the night before our trip. Thier representative, Janice, was truly outstanding, and did it all with a kind and positive attitude, which was extremely helpful. The bus driver was cheerful and capable. I highly recommend First Student based on this exceptionally terrific customer service.

We had an amazing experience with our bus trip to Chicago on Saturday. The drivers were experienced at navigating downtown Chicago, were extremely kind and helpful, and Greg in the lead bus worked with us to come up with a better pick-up plan downtown that worked extremely well for our group. So thankful!

We were very happy with the service we received. Our driver, Quinn, was helpful, responsive when our event ended a bit early and kept our group safe on slick icy roads in and out of Chicago. Thank you.
