Early arrival & dependable. For the first leg of our journey, our driver arrived early for pick up time, setting a lot of our concerns at ease (we've had late drivers or no-shows for other trips in the past with different companies). While the route the driver took on the way down was not very efficient and cost us some time, she corrected it for our return trip and got us back quickly.
On 2/18/2025 our company ordered 2 buses for 03/06/25. The order was quoted on 2/20/25 and accepted. The order confirmed by the local Hickman Mills, MO site on 02/25/25. The invoice was paid on 03/01/25. The order was re-confirmed on the morning of 03/06/25. BOTH BUSES WERE A NO SHOW. That left us scrambling to achieve our conference objectives on our own. UNACCEPTABLE.
Zena was amazing. She was EARLY, which has not been our experience in recent bus charters. She was kind and patient with our very excited students. She removed some much stress from our typical experiences with providing transportation to out of town events. If we could request her every time, we would!
