Bus drivers were friendly
Bus drivers were friendly, inviting, and happy to be a part of our day. They had smiles to greet us every time we entered the bus. For our cyber school students, this was many of their first experiences being on a school bus - and the First Charter Bus drivers made it a positively memorable experience for those students.

Successful wine tour!
We had a wine tour planned with friends and we had a great driver who was very friendly and flexible and a great trip! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was our driver took a wrong turn and a longer way back to the point of origin, and we were charged for extra time. I would still use this company again and they were easy to work with.

Most definitely use this service again.
Nina was an excellent driver and took very good care of our group. Even through the challenges of our multiple stops on this trip. Will most definitely use this service again.

The most fun
Our driver Julie was awesome! She arrived on time and was extremely accommodating. We were able to decorate the bus and pulled off a big surprise! We loved it and would definitely use them again

Bus tour
I requested a bus with seatbelts so my toddler could join us on the bus. When I spoke with the company, they said they requested a bus with seatbelts and then told me a few weeks later that our bus will have seatbelts. When the bus got to our pickup location, we were informed that the bus didn’t have seatbelt. We had one SAD toddler!
I will say, Erik, our bus driver, was VERY nice. He tried to make it right, but was unable.
Our experience was great, but I’m still upset that my toddler couldn’t ride the bus when I was told the bus had seatbelts.

Erie Harvest Weekend Adventure
We had a fantastic weekend in North East, PA. Huge thank you to First Student for the transportation for our weekend adventure. Everyone from First Student was professional, courteous, and helpful in making our weekend a memorable experience. Our driver Nina was a blessing. Her driving was outstanding and she got us to/from our destinations in a timely manner. Very thankful and appreciative.
I must say we were a hit everywhere we went as people loved our “big yellow limo”. Everyone commented and loved that we were on a school bus.
