The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was professional and kind. Everyone involved in booking was helpful and professional.

My only concern was that the driver did not seem to be informed well about the area and the route.

It was a good experience. However, they were late to our pick up, which derailed our plans and hinder our students' full academic experience at the field trip site.
Things like those happen. Nevertheless, a better planning is recommended.

Our organization has worked with First Student Charter for a few years now. The services we received from the office staff to the bus drivers are excellent! We had to make at least, four change orders, and each time; the representatives were friendly, patient, and helpful. I received a call prior to our event to check-verify bus pick up and contact person and on the day of the event, the bus drivers were polite and patient. The drive to and from our event was smooth and we arrived safely. Thank you, First Student Charter!

The Ballet Conservatory trusts First Charter Bus Rental. This was the third time we used them for transporting dancers to our community performances. The driver was very kind and on time with pick-up and drop-off, though there was some confusion on the return which caused are dancers to be dropped off later than expected. Either way, we will definitely use them again!
