Easy to book, accommodating when I needed to make changes. Driver was on time and awesome. We had a phenomenal experience and would absolutely book again!

First Charter was wonderful to work with. They were very helpful and flexible during the planning process, preparing multiple estimates for us for different transportation situations. They were easy to contact and payment processing was smooth.
We used First Charter for transportation home from our wedding venue, specifically their Lansingburgh branch. The 2 bus drivers we worked with were extremely kind and flexible, waiting for our group to gather even when it extended past the originally planned departure time. Our guests loved that the transportation were school busses and gave a fun nostalgic touch to the end of the night.

Driver pivoted well and got us back on track
The bus driver did a great job, but there was an information discrepancy. The driver had the wrong pickup address, although I was thorough and sent all the correct information during the booking process. It delayed our trip by about 15 minutes, but again - the driver did a good job and the rest of the trip went without incident.
