Great Trip With First Student…
We used First Student for a Museum Field trip for adults for the 3rd year. We got exactly what we requested which was an air conditioned bus because it was in the high 90’s that day. Our driver was so kind and helpful! He helped us load things up and was a great driver! He did a great job knowing exactly how to pull in and out of the museum parking lots which can be tricky. We had a terrific experience and will use FS again next year!

The bus driver was very knowledgeable…
The bus driver was very knowledgeable about his directions and helpful and courteous to our staff and participants. Although the trip was a little pricey, I guess the outcome was worth it.

Dispatch office was helpful when bus…
Dispatch office was helpful when bus did not arrive as scheduled and returned to facility without passengers, saying it was the passengers’ fault for not seeing the bus! Clearly hadn’t read the route directions and made it clear it was our fault that the ride was late.
